I’m Chavon.

MorraLeeAligned exists because I have spent years listening to people’s stories, their pain, their resilience, and to the quiet that at times can be the loudest.

This space is not about fixing people.

It’s about creating conditions where alignment and clarity can emerge naturally.

MorraLeeAligned is the nonprofit home of MorraLee Community, Inc. and it reflects both my professional training and my lived understanding of what it means to heal, grow, and lead with integrity.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with degrees in Broadcast Journalism and Philosophy. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with children, teens, young adults, and adults navigating a wide range of challenges.

What I’ve learned is this...People don’t walk through these doors because they are broken.

They come because something in them is asking to be understood, supported, or realigned.

My Clinical work is grounded in evidence-based practices and ethical care. I take time to understand each person’s unique story and tailor my approach accordingly. No two people are the same and no one should be treated as a diagnosis or a checklist. 

My work is relational. It is thoughtful. It is responsive.

But MorraLeeAligned is more than therapy.

It is also a foundation for Community programs, education, and access oriented support because healing does not happen in isolation. 

Systems matter. Environments matter. Access matters.

Beyond nonprofit, MorraLee offers 

Independent Spiritual guidance and Consulting work offered through aligned entities. These pathways are intentionally and transparently marked because clarity and choice matter. I believe people should always know what door they are entering and why.

Whether someone arrives here as a Client, a Leader, an Organization, or a Spiritual Seeker looking to grow, the invitation is the same:

You do not have to fragment yourself to belong here.

You do not have to perform with perfection to begin.

You are allowed to choose what aligns with you.
